The Annual gathering Sur – Sangam (YATRA) for the academic year 2017-18 was held on 29/12/2017 at Sannidhi Kalakshetra, JSS Campus, Vidyagiri, Dharwad. The chief guest was Mrs. Rekha Shettar who was authored a beautiful book called “Dharwad” The theme of the gathering “YATRA” was based on the folk art of five states of India namely Jammu & Kashmir; Assam; Gujarat; Kerala and Karnataka. The students gave information regarding these states and performances on the folk music, folk dance, folk stories of the states.
