Children from classes 1 to 4 did an activity on Mathematics chapter- Money at JSS SMEMS Vidyagiri, Dharwad. It was an engaging and interactive experience! The students set up different shops, each selling a variety of items like toys, books, stationery, and vegetables. They used fake currency to practice transactions, learning how to count money, give the correct change, and understand the concept of buying and selling.
This hands-on activity helped them grasp real-world applications of money management while also boosting their confidence and communication skills. It was wonderful to see their enthusiasm as they played the roles of shopkeepers and customers, making learning both fun and practical! 🎉💰🛍️
