Our school celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi with great enthusiasm and fervor. The festivities began with the students bringing in the idol of Lord Ganesha amidst joyous Lazim dance performances. Our Principal led the Ganesh Mangalarti, followed by soulful prayers sung by the students.
The highlight of the event was the captivating Bharatanatyam dance performance by our higher primary girls, set to the tunes of devotional songs in praise of Lord Ganesha. The celebrations took a joyful turn when our teachers joined the students in the energetic Lazim dance.
The festivities concluded with the distribution of Modaks as Prasad to the students, adding a sweet touch to the celebrations. The event was a wonderful blend of tradition, culture, and camaraderie, showcasing the spirit of our school community.
